Schedule: The tour starts at 13.15 and only in summer at 12.45 pm on Tues, Thurs and Sat. In Spring and Fall 15.15 h becomes available on Mon, Wed and Fri.

Language: The tour is in English only

Group size: minimum to go is 4 persons and maximum is 15

Meeting point: We meet in front the main statue in the middle of Plaza del Triunfo (Virgin Mary on top of a white column). Other groups meet at the same square. We carry no signs, no umbrellas, no specific color outfit. We just stand on the side of the statue which faces the wall of the Alcazar and your name is all we need.

Cancellation policy. There is a cancellation fee of 10% for bookings paid with a credit card up to 48 hours before the tour. We refund 50% for cancellations 24 hours prior. No refunds at all for cancellations on the same day. There is no refund for the ticket price.
