Concepción is a fantastic guide–knowledgeable, organized, expressive and engaging. We visited the Alcazár with her, and loved every moment soaking in the history and background information from her. All three of our teenagers say the same! The tour ends with the buildings, and you will have as much time as you want to visit the gardens and revisit the buildings. Our only regret is that Sevilla was a day trip, so we couldn’t do the other two tours with her. Gracias, Concepción!
We took both tours with Jose and Concepción on May 8th. Saw Concepción on tv with Rick Steves. Glad we called her to get a tour. No better way to get a perspective of Sevilla, the Cathedral and the Alcazar.
Our family of six adults really enjoyed the tours. and got great recommendations on what else to do and eat in Sevilla.

My family’s tour of Sevilla with Concepcion Delgado was a professional, thought-provoking, even playful introduction to the beautiful city of Seville and to the history, art, architecture and culture of Spain. And all this in just three hours!
Concepcion is not only knowledgable–one expects that in a reasonably good tour guide. She is also a very good instructor, which one does not necessarily expect. Instead of just stating the facts, she frequently puts the same information interactively, in the form of good questions (not always easy questions) about places, persons and events in Spanish history. This rather unusual approach has two effects. First, the tourist stops to listen and to think. Sometimes you answer the questions right, sometimes wrong, and often draw a blank. Even if you get it right, Concepcion takes the opportunity to gently expand your knowledge. What fun!
Concepcion made us feel right at home in Sevilla and in our shared history. I also like to think that she has made us better tourists, stopping more frequently to look for connections, and to ask ourselves questions that test our knowledge and understanding of the places we visit and the people we meet.

Signed up for walking tour with Mercedes in March. I enjoyed it so much that then went on Alcazar and Cathedral tours with Mercedes. All 3 tours were delightful and highly recommended.
We only had one day in Seville and we were so glad we booked the tour. Concepcion shares the history of the city, as well as explains current customs. She graciously shared pictures to highlight information being shared. We liked her so much we added her Cathedral tour later in the day. We had wireless speakers that she gave us that truly enhanced the experience. We were able to observe as we listened to her and it felt intimate. No straining to listen to our guide. She recommended a restaurant that was one of our favorites during our trip.
We have been back to Sevilla so many times that we have lost count. Concepcion and Alfonso keep adding to our knowledge of their beautiful city every time we return. We intend to keep visiting. What more can we say! Thank you!!
