Language: The tour is in English only.

Group size: Due to the amount of groups and individual visitors inside the monument, our maximum group size is 12 which makes it easier to enter the Alcazar and the visit inside more enjoyable.

Meeting point: We meet at main statue in the middle of Plaza del Triunfo (Virgin Mary on top of a white column). Other groups meet at the same square. We carry no signs, no umbrellas, no specific color outfit. We just stand on the side of the statue which is closer the wall of the Alcazar and all we need is your name.

Tickets: You should buy your tickets though the only official website which is www.alcazarsevilla.org. And buy them for 13.00h (if touring at 13.15) or 15.00h (if touring at 15.15 h) depending on your tour schedule. You need to fil the full name and passport number of every member in your party.

There is a minimum and a maximum number of people that we take in a group so bookings are most recommended.

Cancellation policy. There is a cancellation fee of 10% for bookings paid with credit card up to 48 hours prior to the tour. We refund 50% for cancellations 24 hours prior. No refunds at all for cancellations the same day.
